Charming old place with responsive staff and outstanding food. A nice size rooms with a view, and lovely pool. Excellent and perfect location in Varenna right by center of the village, the square right out front, and the ferry terminal. Again, not far from San Giovanni Battista Church. A huge variety of food in the hotel, gourmet restaurant.

All in all everything was fabulous, had a very pleasant stay in early September' 19. All of the staff was so very helpful and attentive. The room was always cleaned with fresh towels and available with large balcony. The breakfast was included. Our location was spectacular and best possible easy to reach on foot from the train station.

The weather was lovely, had very pleasant stay in early September' 19. The hotel had a central setting easy to get to all the other places of interest on the lake by ferry. What's more, it was short walk to which are easily accessed through the gate near the outside bar area as well as an establishment.

The hotel was wonderful and in a central location right by the beautiful lake, Varenna which is more quiet than Bellagio and the beautiful San Giorgio church and Monasterio gardens. The room was well heated and reasonably large with a balcony, and I slept very well.

Next time in Varenna, I would stay here again. Clean and truly exceptional place, has relaxing views of the lake. It has excellent and perfect location for visiting San Giovanni Battista Church. Well-trained hotel staff at the reception desk, everything was nice.

When I am in Varenna, I like staying here. Pleasant fairly clean property, it has immensely pleasant and very welcoming staff at reception desk. The rooms are well heated and reasonably large with great views, everything is good. The hotel boasts central location on the shore of Lake Como.
